Roof Replacement
Over the years Roma Scaffolding has grown into a full-service general contractor by successfully completing range of Public Works contracts involving roof replacements and masonry restorations of various housing developments.
As a part of Mayor’s initiative to preserve public housing by starting variety of top to bottom renovations projects, Roma has established itself as one of the preferred contractors with NYCHA. Our management team works together to manage every detail of the project from beginning to end. This team approach ensures continuity and quality control during the construction process.
Local Law 11/98: Façade Repair
Our company has provided overhead protection, scaffolding & masonry restoration services under this façade law for NYC Housing Authority for many years.
Local Law 11/98, now referred to as the Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP), requires that all exterior facades over certain height be inspected & repairs must be completed immediately of any unsafe conditions for the safety of people. Roma designs & installs various scaffolding solutions from supported scaffolding to suspended scaffolds to tackle challenging tasks of façade repairs throughout NYC.
