Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager with a background in Exterior restoration works, including roof replacement, brick work, scaffolding installations. Projects include the removal and replacement of entire roofing systems of City-Owned properties. Along with high-rise scaffolding for brick replacement and repair. More specifically, the scope of work will require following and executing architectural drawing specifications. Responsible for coordinating schedules to ensure finishing on, or ahead of schedule. Successful candidates will perform a wide variety of tasks related to management and coordination of teams, trade contractors and subcontractors. In addition to being the single focal point of interaction with the client, duties will also include, conducting progress meetings, reviewing, and processing contractors’ requisitions, monitoring schedules and budgets, as well as supervise the administration of contracts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in engineering, architecture or related degree preferred.
- 5+ years of construction management. Experience within public sector preferred.
- Experienced with construction phasing and organization of building components.
- Ability to understand and integrate contractual obligations into project control tools.
- Ability to compile and analyze data.
- Organizational skills, oral & written communication, and team attitude.
- Working knowledge of basic computer software
